To stick within the client’s budget, we designed the kitchen with a large opening that overlooked the living room and increased the opening of the doorway. This option was best because they still have that open concept feeling and have a large space of countertop and cabinets to maximize the storage the client was looking for which they lacked in their previous kitchen.
